Description

My first sculpture project, DONE finally :D

I'm pretty happy with it...

First I modeled an original out of clay

Then I made the mold of it (17 dang pieces... not doing THAT again!)

Then I made a plaster cast. This is it.

In the process the ear, hoof, and head fell off. I tried to fix them, but the ear is still kinda retarded and the foot never really got fixed.

I'm just glad I'm done! It took soo long to do, and I think I've had my fill of plaster for quite some time.

If that was you're first sculpture you should be very proud of yourself, its great! I'm working on one at the moment but its in clay and I'm having problems with the legs!! Will look forward to seeing your next project.
